By inviting the waifu.pics Discord bot ("Bot") to your server or using its commands, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

The Bot is provided for personal and community entertainment purposes within the Discord platform.

User Responsibilities

• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using the Bot.
• You are responsible for the security of your server and the channels where the Bot is used.
• Intentional abuse, spamming commands, or attempting to crash the Bot is strictly prohibited.
• NSFW commands must only be used in age-restricted channels as defined by Discord.

Intellectual Property

The Bot delivers images from the waifu.pics API. We do not claim ownership of the images provided through the service. All images belong to their respective creators and owners.

The Bot's code, branding, and unique functionality are the property of waifu.pics. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Bot.

Data Collection

The Bot may store minimal data necessary for its operation, such as user profiles, server settings, and command usage statistics.

Disclaimer of Warranty
